went to do volunteer work this morning

woke up 0605 (an hr later than whn i work early shifts, so it's not a problem)

went to Ma On Shan, Shatin bicycle park to help out wif an event held by Breakthrough (突破), called 逆旅先鋒 (dunno the english name), but i wud say it is sth similar to a mixture of Trailwalker (毅行者) crossover Triathlon - lots of events but long duration

i juz helped out at the bicycle event then left to visit mom's company for a while

took graduation photos at cityU wif some T05 (a pity anthony didnt arrive...CASS missing the "A" ~.~)

reli hot but it was happy to c everyone once again

got to meet a lot of people: old friends, old classmates, old teachers

2 years later, I hope that all my family members will arrive to take photos with me:P

YEAH~YEAH~got my first birthday present this year

it was given by the HKSAR government:

my HKSAR passport

can finally apply for the return-pass to china, no more VISAs

so HAPPY

EXTREMELY TIRED today

2nd day of the HK OPEN lifesaving champs, lost all my individual events but got silves and bronze for 2 relays.

actually nearly lost the bronze, I had to open full throttle to rush to the finish line, anyway thanks to my teammates esp tony for catching up wif so much

Today had the 1st day competition of the Hong Kong Open, very tired, but I really like competitions (even though I didnt win any medals yet). Anyway, I just ike participating, dont really expect to get any prizes

Tomorrow is the last day, need to compete in all the events Will be even more tired........
